The admission procedure begins with registration, which in itself does not guarantee admission. Registration usually starts in the month of February each year. A registration fee is charged to cover clerical and administrative costs and on payment of this fee, the school office issues a receipt and a registration form to be filled in by the parents or guardian.
Admission Tests / Diagnostic Tests
Admission Tests diagnostic admission are normally held in March of each year. All those students (K.G. to IX) who want to get admission in the institution must take diagnostic tests in the core subjects i.e. English, Maths & Urdu. Diagnostic tests help us to determine if prospective students have attained the minimum expected standard of the class for which she has applied. On the basis of students’ performance in diagnostic test, final placement decision regarding class and section is made. Parents and students do not have a choice of section. Only the school Management may allot the section to the students as per policy of the school.
As such there is no diagnostic test requirement for admission to play group and Nursery. At the Play Group level prospective students are interviewed, they must be able to speak and to follow simple instructions and they must be toilet trained. Similarly at the level of Nursery, prospective students must be able to recognize Eng. / Urdu alphabets, numbers and primary colours with grip on pencil.
